Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@milazoe-toronto.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Boedijnhof 51, Hoorn 1628 SC, Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE?
If your product is defective from a (milazoe-toronto.com) shipment or in-store purchase, we will exchange or refund this product. To return or exchange an order, please follow the steps below for an in-store purchase or (milazoe-toronto.com) purchase. Contact Email: support@milazoe-toronto.com. After verification of the support and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DO NOT LIVE NEAR A (milazoe-toronto.com?
If you do not live near an (milazoe-toronto.com) location, the items you purchase in-store can be returned by mail. We recommend using the USPS or UPS to send your products back to the store by following the steps below:

Include a copy of the original receipt. Note: If you do not have a receipt, an (milazoe-toronto.com) gift card will be issued and mailed upon the return.

Add a note explaining your request for an exchange (color, size, etc.) or return

Include your contact information, including phone and email, just in case the store needs to contact you

The product(s) can be shipped back in a box to the original store of purchase. For the store's shipping address, please refer to Boedijnhof 51, Hoorn 1628 SC, Netherlands.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
